Who this licence is for
This licence is between Ankor Business Solutions (“Ankor”) and the person named on the order (“you”). It applies to every Ankor product you buy, whether you pay once off or month to month.
1. What you may do
- Use the product yourself, on all of your own devices: your computer, laptop, phone and tablet.
- Load it into your own AI accounts (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini).
- Change and adapt the files to suit your own business.
- Download the product again, and get updates, for 12 months from your purchase date.
Paying month to month. If you pay for the product month to month instead of once off, this licence is valid for as long as your subscription is paid. While it is paid you can download the product again, get every update, and email us for setup help, exactly as a once-off buyer can. You can cancel future billing at any time from My Account. When a monthly payment stops, the licence ends at the end of the month you have paid for: you may no longer use the product, and re-downloads, updates and support stop. We cannot switch off a copy you have already downloaded, so we rely on you to delete it. A once-off purchase is not affected by any of this: you pay once and keep it.
2. One licence per person
- Each licence covers one named person.
- If someone else in your company needs to use the product, they need their own licence.
- Extra licences for people in the same company cost 50% of the product price. Email admin@ankor.co.za to request them.
3. What you may not do
- Share the files, or give access to them, to anyone who doesn’t hold their own licence.
- Sell, rent or publish the files, or anything that is mainly a copy of them, even if you’ve changed them.
- Install or set up the product for clients under your own licence. Every client needs their own licence. Agencies and consultants can earn commission instead through the Ankor affiliate programme.
4. What stays Ankor’s
Ankor keeps ownership of the product, its instructions and its name. Your licence gives you the right to use them as described above. Anything you create with the product (your documents, emails, proposals and plans) belongs to you.
5. Your own accounts and costs
The product works with services you sign up for and pay yourself, such as your AI plan. Those are your accounts, under their own terms. Ankor doesn’t supply or pay for them.
6. Support
Email setup support at admin@ankor.co.za is included. Help beyond setup questions is paid support at R450$75 per hour.
7. If the licence is broken
If the licence terms are broken, Ankor may end the licence and stop re-downloads and updates.
